BERGEN

I am an artist and designer based in Bergen. My artistic practice is rooted in drawing and book making, with a focus on landscape, belonging, language, and memories. Charcoal and pencil are my primary tools, and the physical encounter between body, paper, and environment is central to my work. I work exploratively and interdisciplinary, from large charcoal drawings to embroidery, weaving, letterpress, archival studies, and digital material. My projects are often based on personal and historical narratives and explore the relationship between people and landscape.

The Strange Adventures of a Pebble (2025)

The book retraces my grandfather's footsteps to a small mountain village in Poland through mapping, drawing and archiving. It was an attempt to investigate how land carries memory and what it means to return, not nust physically, but also imaginatively. The book moves through different temporal and geographical landscapes and archives

personal reflections, archival research, drawings, historical happenings, and family artefacts.
